Easy Osso Buco

This is a delicious, quick and easy meal you can do on the weeknights. Serve with mash potatoes.

Ingredients
- 4 lamb shanks
- 28 oz. Can of whole San Marzano tomatoes
- 2 table spoons of garlic powder
- 1/3 bottle of dry white wine(cheap stuff is fine)
- 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 bag of frozen carrots
Directions
- Place carrots in the Instant pot to rest the meat on.
- add the 4 lamb shakes on top of carrots
- pour tomato can into instant pot.
- sprinkle garlic powder into Instant Pot.
- drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- add enought white wine to cover about a third of the meat.
- add salt and pepper.
- cook in instant pot for 1 hour.
- slow release 10 minutes
